BRO GIL EXPERIENCED THE EVENT OF STROKE NOVEMBER 1st 2022.
Glory to God I was blessed to experience minimum damage,if you will to my mental faculties and surpassed paralysis having limited use of my right side of the body temple. That was 2 years 28 days ago today January 28 2025, and counting.
Glory to God
My Healing and Rejoicing process has just been remarkable.
I had to re learn the art of standing on my two feet, walking was a difficult task but a task of love and perseverance.
I was just so happy to still be in the numbers til
I STARTED RUNNING TO BETTERMENT IN MY MIND.
The power of the human spirit is astounding.
I am a living testiment to what I speak… this is why

IS A MISSION OF GREAT JOY AND CELEBRATION.
I am still dealing with healing a deficit in the extended use of my right arm and sometimes right hand; my right leg Glory to God is getting more fluid and stronger every day.
Physical Therapy has been minimal, although by my neglect having made some choices that did not pan out, early in my recovery, but God.
As a retired Broadway Musical Theatre Performer, dance training , the discipline it fosters, my body temple went into muscle memory and I began doing things organically inside my body, which stimulated the nuerons and motor cortex thus stimulating movement in my body.
I as a result started: I Am Creation Stroke Survivor Support Group Dallas , an online support group and I.A.C.S.S.S.G.Dallas Workout with Bro Gil.
Teaching is part of my expertise and so it became synonymous with my healing and rejoicing for it allowed me to be a living example of encouragement for other survivors who may need a bit more encouragement to go beyond what has been told them PERHAPS, by others.
